Junior wage in Krispy Kreme? |
i'm fifteen & i'm applying for Krispy Kreme, does anyone know about the pay (including whether they have loading, time-and-a-half, etc.) and work conditions? lol thanks :) minimum wage to start off with Because of your age there will be stricter guidelines to when you are allowed to work, the number of hours you can work in one week and guidelines for you breaks that may be different than people older than you. You should go on line and find labor laws for the state that you live. Min wage is usually where you will start but the better job you do, the sooner you may see a raise. Do be on time, don't call off unless it's an emergency and be nice to your customers no matter how mad they make you. If they make you too mad, never yell or go off on a customer, just take a step back and ask for someone else to take over for you. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask your boss for things to do when you are not busy..that shows good initiative. Good Luck! |
