Why is a loads of experience required to apply for any job? |
How can a fresh graduate apply for any job if all postion requires a least of 2-3 years of experience. previous experience some times helps in instantaneous solution to problems but lack of experience can be replaced by training and more supervision only those organizations which are conservative and small insist for highly experienced candidates School can be used for experience depending on the job. The companies will put that to help screen candidates. Just apply anyway, and see what happens. All they can do is turn you down. Depending on how business and the economy are going, employers can choose to be more or less selective. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take a lower level job to get in the door. That can be your first move into a better position. |
