I recently took a job as an Assistant Manager at Burger King, and I can't grasp this management stuff. Any Ideas?

What you need to do is tell your manager that you are confused. I'm guessing your job is to keep the associates in line and probably do all the stuff your manager should be doing. If this is a serious question, ask your manager for help, you will get it.
