What are job prospects as a Sommelier?


I am considering this field in order to get into other wine related careers such as import/export and obviously in restaurant and hotel. I am looking at the Professional Culinary Institute in CA. Any feedback would be great.

Florida International University has a great wine and food program in their hospitality school in North Miami Beach, FL.
