How much does the backup at your restaurant make?

I'm assuming those of you who work at nice restaurants have a line backup (or a similar position). This person arrives before most of the line, keeps everything on the line stocked, and quikcly makes up any food that gets run out of. Also responsible for pulling next days food. Extremely stressful position and at times you just get your *** kicked. Was just wondering what the average person int his position might bring in per hour?
