You got a great degree, but now what. So did thousandsof others. Have youdone any internships? Do you have any actual experience outside of school. Do you have any "management" experience? I knwo they tell everyone that right out of school you can getthis great job and blah blah blah, but truth is, you need to start from theb ottom up. French Laundry is a topr estaurant and is looking for the BEst of the Best. Do you qualify?
Dont get me wrong, i wish you luck, but make sure you can back up your experience outside of a training kitchen. You might be a little shocked.! |
