Are you a leader? |
If asked the question in a job interview, are you a leader and you never have been in a mangement-type position, how would you answer it? experience as a leader and being a leader can be two different things. Being a leader is about understanding people, basically keeping them motivated and being positive, even in adversity. I would provide examples of projects that I managed. I would also provide examples of a situation where I saw an area of improvement and took charge either to implement the changes or brought suggestions to management of how things could be improved. Being a non-conformist, I would find it very difficult unless I decided it was worth it to lie. How much do they pay? |
