My new job? |
i started my new job a couple of months ago now i really like my job apart from one girl in there i work as a kitchen porter so when this girl is on shift with me she is a lazy little bugger and will not do nothing she is a jehova witness so the boss likes here alot and does not beileve anybody that says a wrong thing about here last night when i was on she was standing at the sink doing nothing and i was at the dish washer from 4 to 8 then i went to the toilet so when i came back she was doing dishes so i left here as u would i started cleaning cookers bain maries and the microwaves and the grill now this is a big job so i did not have time to help here do dishes so my boss pulls me and says that i can find another job if i am not happy just because of this girl is a lazy **** and should never be a kitchen porter what should i do So what made the boss think you were unhappy? You were working? Sound like maybe there is a lack of communication between you and the boss. If you can, you should go into the boss and explain your side with out the "lazy****" comments. If all else fails look for another job while you have this one before it falls totally apart. Talk to her or quit cause you prob dont need to take that crap talk to her..just because she's a jehovah witness doesn't mean that she's not human-capable of making mistakes...if she doesn't so anything then your abilities are better to be taken somewhere else |
