I want to switch job but now my job is stepping, up what should i do? |
My current job I'm a car salesmen the dealership is going throught some changes are traffic is off but I love the place but we all no you cant eat or pay bills off love, or liking a place. A coulple of interviews and I got a decent job offer with a another place not in carsales, carsalesmen work for 100% commision this job I found is a salery plus commision, no weekends sonded great I have to star monday, So I talked to the owner to tell him I got offered a new job we talked and he wants me to stay now they want to pay me a salery plus I kind of what to still switch but if i'll be makein the same salery why would I. I dont know what to do........... The economy is getting ready to tank big time and you already know that sales are down where you are at. Salary plus commission is always more reliable than 100% commission. And, many times (but not always) a boss who you are leaving hanging (you were quitting without notice, bad, bad!) will sometimes offer you anything to get you to stay.
