How much money would a chef need to serve 50 people one gourmet dinner a day for three months? ok, you have to account for wait staff, you said gourmet. so, with the expense of one person per ten people, your looking at five waiters/waitresses. I can get them for 30 bucks a day, plus two to stay over for dishes. so make it $200 for staff. Chef for 50 folk $500 a day, I'll carry the expense of my own assistants. So, I'll give it to you for 25 Grand a month. gourmet. x 3 = 75 Grand for three months. plus cost of food. You don't lift a finger. it depents what you call gourmet, and the price of what you are eating. I would say on an estimate $25 (31X3)$2325 somewhere around that number. hope this helps!!!!!!! |
