I applied and got an interview. Do you know if they make you pool your tips? What about the hourly wage(I know it's usually low for servers)? Do/did you like your job? TIA!
always pocket a little, go to the bathroom and roll a few bills, stash them on yourself, somewhere. (are you going to pool with some lazy person? hope not) it is usually about half of min. wage. Enjoying your job is up to you a lot. But, the people can influence it either way. Keep a good attitude, enjoy the people (customers), and if they pool, watch your back, take care of number one. the rest are. |
