How do I find out about qualifcations for federal jobs? Do I really have to pay a fee?

go through www.usajobs.gov and there is no fee. That site lists all government jobs as well as civil service openings all over the US. You can also apply online. Set up job search agents and the like. The details of the job requirements, descriptions, benefits, etc are listed with the specific job you are interested in.
If U google "government employment" U will find sources of info for Gov. jobs. Every job announcement has a detailed list of qualifications and experience and Edu. requirements. If you pay someone they may help you fill out the Federal Job application but thats all.
