Is there any kind of organization, or anything that will help teens find jobs, and maybe get transportation? |
for them, or maybe some kind of deal that will pay them to go to some kind of trade school, or anything at all to help teenagers out? (My 19 year old son wants a job, but no way to get back&forth, I NEED HELP!!!!!!) yes your local school is a good source for hooking you up with jobs, try golf courses in your home town, also the schools look for teenagers to help run summer programs like life guards at the towns pool and day camps for the kids, your school is the best source or you could call manpower as they are more in touch with the teenagers and finding summer jobs. Have him look at the college job boards, he can try to get a job working at the school he is in that is if he's attending a college or trade school of some sort, have him talk to his career counselor, they maybe able to find something for him as well. There's always the subways and buses to get to work, no shame in that. |
