What is the best, free source for learning to compose a projected budget for a start-up non-profit in Georgia?

I live in Georgia and want to start a non-profit. I have my completed Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and program guidelines. I do not know how to create a projected budget for my program. Can anyone recommend free sources where I can get information on how to compose a projected budet?

Uncle sugar, I mean the US bureau of labor may have some of your answers. I would try service organizations..check with your local chamber of commerce for listing of business organizations.
When I worked for an organization called Enterprise Community Partners (Formerly, The Enterprise Foundation), I helped to write several manuals on how to manage an organization. If you visit their website, you can look up the information you need under "information resources".
