How much does it cost. And what all is involved, in setting up a 501c Non Profit Corp. In Texas.?


My project qualifies for a 501c. However, the people I have spoken to online. Have given me questionable answers. My project will be about 2 million a year.

The best thing to do is call the IRS they will mail you all the information you need to become 501(c). You can also go to the government website www.usa.gov they have ALL the informatrion you will need to know. Good luck Girl!!!!!
Have you tried asking a lawyer?? They can usually tell you in a matter of minutes what you need to do.
