How do yo report a 鈥渘onprofit鈥?organization that is not nonprofit?

On a local level, BBB or Bettert Business Bureau. Federal, try FBI Fraud division and if they had the nerve to go internet, use http://www.fbiinternetfraud.com... and they will take your report and get back to you. Used this last myself on reporting animal cruelty and it turned out to be an MIT hoax.
Contact the IRS and give them the info you have
Are you sure you know the definition of non-profit? It doesn't mean they don't make any money.

The designation comes from the IRS, so that would be the place to report them.
