Are there any non-profit/social svc orgs in southwest Ohio that are looking for summer interns or workers?

I graduate this June with a BA in Women's Studies and minor in Psychology. I'm going to grad school in late Sept but I wanted to work in social services or non-profit for the summer. I live in Dayton, but I'm willing to travel as far south as cincy and as far north as columbus. Any ideas on where to look or who's hiring. I've tried monster and idealist.org and stuff like that but nothing really.

I'd try searching on www.guidestar.org for charities near you, or look at www.volunteermatch.org or www.faithinaction.org. Also, figure out what you want to do and call groups that are doing that work, and ask if they would like some interns. A lot of smaller groups would be open to your just showing up if you don't care about being paid.
http://www.thejobpage.gov/students.asp#... is a good place to start.

Unfortunately many internship applications are due in Spring so you may be too late for this summer. There may be some listed for the fall.
