What is the best way to find jobs in your community? |
its my first job ever and i need help finding one Networking is a great way to go! Tell everyone you know from mom & pop to the preacher at your local church, somebody will hear something, and let you know, or they will point you in the right directions. Also, you can always check online at monster, usajobs, careerbuilder, quintcareers, indeed.com local newspapers are also helpful! Good luck! Ask some of the leaders of your community, or just go in the offices or stores and ask. In a manner of speaking make yourself known. Network. Let everyone you know, parents, friends, family, etc., know that you are looking for work. Research companies that you would like to work for, and send them your resume. Employment Office. Apply at WalMart. You know like walk down the street and go from company to company asking are they hiring and can you feel out an application. Oh yeah! Make sure you bring a folder with a resume' but if you don't have any experience in a certain field put on the application available upon request. If there is something on the form that you don't know the answer to put N/A |
