What is a professional way to say "pissing match"?

I am at a loss for words, but I need to say it professionally.

Continuous verbal sparring in the office.
Constant, unnecessary information exchange. Inappropriate/hostile conversations in the office.
Verbal altercations.
testosterone games.
Confrontation, difference of opinion,
Spitting contest is a bit more appropriate. 'Test of wills' might not fit the situation, but is most acceptable.
Do you want to step out side ?
Argument
How about describing what it means. Try this:

"All we're going to do is get into a competition where no one will win and everyone will get dirty."
