Supervisor......is it mandatory for her to have proper English?

What do you do if you have a supervisor that cannot spell.......and yet nitpicks at everything the workers do?

Of course it is not mandatory. Many people cannot spell for whatever reason. She's a leader not a doer. You must be the doer. Keep doing and someday you will be rewarded.
i would nitpick at their spelling and make corrections in highlighter
Nope. And intelligence is not a pre-requisite to being a manager.
People who can't spell piss me off!
I'm sure she has spellcheck like everyone else these days. I'd say go worry about something else.
um yeah, i would talk to management and be like "why is someone who cant spea or read proper english" supervising me on my work ethics?
She has other issues that are bothering her, and it is running downhill at her subordinates. This is not all that unusual. She may not be deserving of her post, but if you ever want to advance, let it roll off your back.
