Private sector is place where money located also where job insecurity a common place.

Govt sector is where job security ensure you're part of the public working welfare recipient, regardless performance or productivity.

non-profit is place to get experiences and contributions. Most people care not much money other than making a living just to help society better. From time to time, Contributors will absorb by big corporation after years of non-profit contribution experiences to help company set an internal moral and ethic foundation etc.
