if you were working, 12-15 months ago, and didnt quit your most recent job, you are probably can get it. If you were fired, that doesnt mean you cant get it, but there is a 10 week penalty, waiting period, from when you filed. If you quit, you have nothing coming. being laid-off is easiest. you have to contact the unemploymeny office, they dont get ahold of you, an ask........... |
