I am working in a company and d dirctor 4 d company is making things deffcult 4 me.what will i do.fro pat.4min Based on the limited information you have provided, I would recommend: 1. confirm you know what the issue is, e.g., are you performing your work to standard/in accordance with you job description? are you putting the hours & effort expected? are you making mistakes? and the last usual issue is are you playing office politics? Be fair in your self assesment and remember that the director will have a different perspective -- try to understand what the concern is. 2. ask the director to sit down with you and talk about your job performance. You need to be prepared for a stern discussion that you may find is unfairly critical of you but if you talk honestly and candidly then you will probably bridge the gap. Almost all managers/directors are primarily concerned about job performance. It is not personal, i.e., your work quality has an impact on their career as well. 3. after your candid discussion with the director you need to do a self assesment on your skills, i.e., can you do what is expected -- if you have substantial doubt, you need to find another job that is a better fit.
