Union jobs?? |
is there a way to find out if a job i am applying for is in the union? if it says this company is a right to work in it anywhere then it has no unions. Or you can ask them. The phrase right to work means no unions and can fire you for any reason what so ever. Source(s): i am live in south carolina and they LOVE THAT PHRASE. right to work. Ask? Yep, start here it will take some time to weed through it but your answer is here! http://www.union-organizing.com/unions.h... Just about all jobs are terrible unless its something you really like and also for the people your working with. Focus on reading your Bible more than relying on jobs. Amen You could just simply ask if they are union work place. And if they are ask them which union are they affiliated with. And ask what benefits you would be receiving if you did apply for the job and how much your union dues will cost you. Below is a list of the Teamsters Union affiliated jobs. http://www.teamster.org/benefits/jobbank... |
