Is there JOB SECURITY with Social Work? |
or do social workers get their hours reduced if state aid and budgets get cut? Lots of job security. Typically, they won't reduce your pay or hours in a budget crisis...they'll just add to your workload and not give you more time to take care of business! They receive a salary. They have their whole positions cut, but anyone with a Masters (which is required to be a Social Worker) has security, you can always find a job. ha, job security is an oxymoron, if you do not control your paycheck then you do not have security. |
