For fresher or below 2 years experience It can be anything between 78000 to 375000 Per annum. Depends on how good you are.

So Much happening in Retail and Construction and you still need to ask.
Follow the usual channel or ven look beyond your qualifications in Civil.

Lots of architectural/Infrastructure/f... companies are looking for you
If not them KPO BPO Engineering, Management/Finance.
Just look arounhd too many prospects too many choices
Just Opt one that you feel is best for you
