yes, go to your City Hall, and talk to them about it. They will make you register and will give you a permit that they will fax to the local Sheriff's Office. At least that's how it works in my county
You know, its better to ask before doing that. But I have seen some kids in HBO (I think) are selling lemon juice for two bucks. You could plan your business in a place where people most often pass by. That will help your lil' business to grow. Isn't it practical?
Besides the business registration, you will probably also need a permit from the health department. Contact them to find out the details of what you will have to do.
yes you do if you are under 16. u need to get a cooking license for selling or giving out food products.
