They will make you register and will give you a permit that they will fax to the local Sheriff's Office. At least that's how it works in my county You know, its better to ask before doing that. But I have seen some kids in HBO (I think) are selling lemon juice for two bucks. You could plan your business in a place where people most often pass by. That will help your lil' business to grow.
