When are we going to get a government that will be truly effective? |
I think Tony Blair was worst Prime Minister in living History. I know some may not agree and choose Margaret Thatcher. But she truly knew how to deal with party politics she made decisions and stood by them. She would have gone into Iraq in a very different manner and got Saddam without the tremendous loss of life that Bush&Blairs war did. Now G Brown has got to sort out the whole sorry mess(so when can we expect someone effectife to run the country. Probably never. We need a government that will realise that this country's youngsters have no respect, they are not scared of anyone or going to jail as they are holiday camps, and the idiots are pampered so well they know they don't need to work. We need a government that's going to stop sticking it's nose in other country's affairs and sort out the problems on its doorstep first. We need a government that's not going pay mega bonuses to directors who have done nothing and make all companies share profits as bonuses with it's workers - tax free. We need a government that isn't so petty and sticks up political correctness laws all over the place so that even the freedom of speech is no longer a freedom. We need a government that's going to keep its promises and guarantees because they understand a problem just takes a bit of common sense to solve. We don't need a politician that has come from some hoity toity background and has been wrapped up in cotton wool all their life. We need a politician that has gone through hell and know what real life is. the day when they start telling us the truth and when they act on what they say Probably NEVER, because most elected officials are self serving, they can care less about the common everyday people. They are in a world all their own. This is true in all countries. Like they said, if voting made a difference, they'd make it illegal. When dee dee dee's stop being aloud to vote, after the political parties are abolished. I think all we need to do is give him the time to concentrate on the real issues. I am sure, he will come up with some real solutions. I think he is good. I stand to be corrected. Obviously you weren't born or can't remember the Margaret `Milk Snatcher` Thatcher years. If you could, you wouldn't be calling Tony Blair. She WAS 10 times worse. She stood by her decisions, yes! And look at the total mess and mass unemployment she caused. |
