I' m a Pilipino. How can I get a job in australia? |
I' m also a certified Civil Engineer by Profession To get a job in Australia you need to have a residence permit. It is possible to have a sponsorship from your potential employer, but for that you'll of course need to find an employer first. This sort of sponsorship is difficult to get though and you would get one only if the employer can't find anybody with your qualifications in Australia or New Zealand. Your race or cultural background shouldn't matter as long as you speak English. Have a look at Australian's Department of Immigration and Citizenship: http://www.immi.gov.au/ Good luck! Source(s): My experience Try and apply for a skilled visa and get sponspored by a firm in Australia. I am a Nurse and im moving to Brisbane in a couple of months its a brilliant country but very strict on immigration, unlike the UK Kingsshit, your remarks are uncalled for. Can you match this Filipino's education? Try these jobsites you might find something. http://globalgateway.monster.com/... http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/jobseeker/jobse... workabroad.monster.com - http://www.overseasjobs.com/ careerbuilder.com/company/jobs... http://www.escapeartist.com/jobs/oversea... Peace and blessings! probably with your degree, but i hear the job market is tight, & they're running out of water!!! \o/ |
