Job interview help (mortgage consultant)?

hello people,
i need help, i've been asked to do a presentation for a job interview where i've got to list the key factors of a mortgage consultant and state why a client would choose our company over our competitors...
I can't use power point so i'm at a loss of what i should do instead....help please people!

Just give your answer in an upbeat, positive way. What does a mortgage consultant do? They teach clients how to use a mortgage as a financial instrument - an instrument that makes sense at that time and place in their lives... You wouldn't give a potential client a power point presentation. Just speak naturally as to what you do, why you're different and why you love it. Good Luck!
