Is there any postal jobs where a commercial art degree might come in useful?

While the Post Office hires many people for clerk, mailroute and driver positions, they also hire administrative positions too, particularly for the DC headquarters.

Since the Post Office advertises and sends out mailings on occasion, they must either contract or hire graphic designers, though I don't specifically recalling seening any such positions.

How about no. Being a postal employee is not design, it is head it up and move it out.
