*Ostroff, Fair and Company>>>Government & Non-Profit

I just started a business and did it as an LLC, does anyone know about non-profit/dual-profit guidelines?

I'm getting ready to start composing grant letters and fundraisers, but am unsure how to proceed. I started as it as an LLC as that suits me for the start up process, etc.

You will not qualify for grants as a for profit LLC. DId you get a consultation from a non-profit consultant before you did your start up? It does not appear you did. You may have to completely design your proposed organization.
