Correctional Officers?

I am in the process of becoming a co. I want to ask current and former co's whether or not they like their job, and why?

If in California even better.

It will depend on your facility
My 2 buddies did the gig. The money was good, the stress was high, and dealing with punks was too much. It kinda takes a hard-hearted person to do the job, and they weren't willing to lose their souls.
