What type of jobs can I get can I get with a starting pay of at least 35K? I guess I would be wrong to assume, but when peope start calculating, I say why not see what types of job you can get with a starting salary of 100K? In other words why limit your own potential. There are many jobs in that medium range of salary, so I would recommend a book by Dan Miller. 48 days to the work you love. Work should not be a destination or an obligation, but an enjoyable journey that fulfills you on so many levels. Source(s): www.48days.com Mostly client services positions in the financial industry - i.e., a credit card company, cable company, cellular phone company, mutual fund company. I say this because of personal "ex"-perience ;) If you're good on the phone you could get such a job easily. If you're bilingual you'll get paid 1.5x more per hour than the next coworker. Some extra stuff: You'll have to put up with a lot of repetitive non-sense from clients regarding similar issues. If you get a such a job with a large financial company you will constantly be moved around in a large call centre. If it's with a small firm you'll get your own desk, but will have to hope the other 4 people in your department are the type you can get along with. Police Officer! They could always use a few good men AND women. |
