Salary in Chicago? |
Is 70k in consulting at a consultant level a good salary to live in Chicago? I have 2.5 years of experience. The company will give me per diem and pay for my travel. Assuming you are in your mid or upper 20's, 70k is a decent salary and certainly a liveable wage in chicago. Good Luck, Jeff http://savingmoney.iblogger.org... It really depends on what type of consulting you're doing. However, you will be paid more if you are doing Business Process/ Management Consulting for a larger company such Delloitte. The average salary for a Business Process/ Management Consultant at Delloitte is $80,779. The typical salary for an IT Consultant in Chicago ranges from $62,558 to $86,380. Consultant salaries also vary greatly depending on experience and location. You can take a free salary survey at PayScale to get more accurate salary data for your specific consulting position. http://www.payscale.com/?src=yahooa...
