I want to start a non-profit organization.
How can I start??
Will I be able to make a living, or should I find a 2nd job?

Why not start a support centre for people with disabilities, or a youth outreach program? By collecting donations you can fund the business side of things, and the government can fund your wages :)
Non-profit, after you pay yourself? You want to make a difference in your bank account?
non-profit means you're volunteering your time and won't make anything. You shouldn't expect anything except self satisfaction for helping others.
