What is the difference between Part time flex and part time regular?

What is the difference between Part time flex and part time regular?

Part Time "Flex" means "Flexible" hours so you do have some latitude as to when you work.. Part-time Regular means that you work part time on their schedule..... Source(s): Years of Business Experience...
flex hours can change, while a regular part-timer usually works a set schedule.
pt reg is a normal shift like 8am to noon everyday. flex is anytime. like 8-12 on monday, noon-4 tuesday, etc
i think part time regular is a fixed parttime shedule while a flex is parttime but variable schedule.
Flex means flexible working hours.regular means regular fixed working hours, say 9 to 5
I think part-time flex when you do different shifts and part-time regular would be like during reg. business hours.
