I wanna start a non-profit.....? |
organization..... i already have people to help me......permission from the animal shelter we are raising money for......and we even chose a name. We (so far there r only 3 of us) 13, 13, and 14. Can I just say we are non-profil organization? Or just say we r helping the shelter? how do you get considered a Non-profit organization ?? You can't start your own non-profit until you are 18. The rules are the same as for a business as far as contracts. You can raise money for the shelter though, you volunteer under their tax shelter. Once you are able to start your won non-profit the shelter won' have any bearing on your business plan. Wish you best of luck with your project. you have to be old enough forst of all. why don't you just volunteer at the animal shelter for now. Your motives are worthy of applause, Your efforts praise worthy.. But your age does not allow you to enter into any legal matters , financial transaction unless through your attorney... You need some one to guide you seriously and professionally.. well I think if u wanna start non-profit organization u should go n help human first....... |
