This job is called Human service specalist Under the close supervision of a designated supervisor in a welfare agency, does the field and office work involved in the collection, recording, analysis, and evaluation of data, to include the employability, the medical status and the physical or mental health of applicants/clients, for the purpose of determining applicants'/clients' eligibility for program services; provides information to families and individuals to achieve self sufficiency through employment opportunities and/or child support services; does related work. This is a shift supervisor at CVS Pharmacy * work effectively with store management and store crews * supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities * effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews Customer Service * assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints * greet customers using the ey A few areas they have in common -customer service -dealing with people -need to work as a team and on your own -dealing with sensitive/confidential information -ability to organize & prioritize tasks |
