What state in america has the best jobs? |
I'm 16, I live in seattle washington, my father has a (2)crappy jobs, my mom(1), we live in the suburbs, but are struggling with house bills, my father wants to move to another state or country, with way better job opportunity. He's graduate with many degrees of accounting, finance, and marketing. what state will support my dads skills and knowledge at the age 58? Maybe he can keep the manager job and transfer to a store in a state with a lower cost of living. Sure wish I could help you with this question. I'm not finding what you are specifically looking for on the web, but I'm trying. Perhaps someone else can give you the information. You must know, however, that seeking to switch jobs at your father's age is often difficult. Many companies hire younger workers for less wages than would be required by an older person. Your mom's skills should be needed just about anywhere and her chances of finding a job are good. I will edit my response if I find anything of use on the web. You might start with monster.com which I have included. http://promotions.monster.com/keywordjob... I think the best jobs in the US are not in any state at all. They're in the District of Columbia. And the surrounding Maryland and Virginia counties. And in recent years, the private sector has really grown, so it's not all Federal government oriented any more. |
