Which is easier to start: a nonprofit or small business? What are the pros and cons?

A small business is probably easier. Here are some links to various web pages that the nonprofit I work for gives to people wanting to start up a nonprofit. It's also good to remember that there is more than one kind of nonprofit determined by the IRS. Anyway, here is the list.

A nonprofit. Pros: you can just say, "I'm in business." Cons: you don't make any money.
A non-profit IS a small business, but must meet particular rules.
