Misuse of funds by NGO voluntary organisation?


I have observed from one of the known NGOs in India who gets funds from foreign countries tend to misuse it for the luxury of persons involved. I have observed that large amounts are spent on entertainment and holiday visits for themselves with their families. I find it quite unethical and strange. Is there any way the donor can control of above ?

My guess is the donor(s) have no idea this is going on. Perhaps a letter to them may help.
