Should I join the Peace Corps or is there a better organization to volunteer overseas?

I have sent in my application to the Peace Corps and will be interviewed by my recruiter in September. I'm looking for long term volunteering overseas and hopefully one that is paid for. Those are my only two concerns. Any benefits aren't necessary to me. If you know any alternative to the Peace Corps that is paid for. Please let me know. thanks!

If you decide to go into the Peace Corps, you don't really get paid, you get a living expenses. They do work with student loan problems and can help with that. As for a long stay, I don't know how long that is to you, but this site lists some (a few are short stays, but check the other's out).

The option that seems to be a good one as well is a similar
program with the UN that lasts from a few weeks to a year.
