Should a nonprofit rely on volunteers to translate their newsletters or should they hire translators?

Translation services can be expensive! So if you have good volunteers willing to help, definitely use them! However, to ensure the most accurate and well-written translation, you should use more multiple volunteers to work on the document. Have one translate the document, then have another who speaks the same language review the translation for grammatical errors, slang, or regionalism, and suggest corrections, then if possible, a third to review the second edit.
if the volunteers can translate the newsletters then yea but if they are unable to then they should hire translators
