Why are "Pay to Apply" Recruiters allowed to post Jobs here?

I agree with you, been there done that. I guess they pay Yahoo, hotjobs, ext. to place their ads on the sites.
I agee. They are deceptive in their practices. If they act this way, I can't imagine the job postings are very good they have.
