Many things are discussed at the board level which are very confidential to even a nonprofit organization and as such they are rarely revealed in their entirety. Among other things, 990s disclose their financial position, the people on their board of directors, the number of employees they have, the salaries of their officers and key staff, and amount spent on fundraising and administrative expenses.
