In a job interview, if the interviewer asks "what will you do if you if you see sb does sth wrong"? |
even sometimes this question that " if sb does something wrong which will not affect yourself but maybe the company" Everybody knows about what a man can do. This question just checks whether you are practical, at the same time you have values, and self-esteem. So you can say, "It depends on the person, the systems, and the situation. If a person does something wrong in my Company, or College, then I will immediately inform the concerned authorities, becuase the systems are always proper there. If it happens in a public place, and if there is minimum risk involved in it, I will take action." They want to know about your morals and how honest you are. Nobody wants to hire a liar, thief or someone who doesn't have the company's best interests at heart. It would be easier to understand what you are writing if you didn't abbreviate everything. That's something you might consider when trying to find a job. |
