Should we have job reservation in the private sector?

No.not at all. Private sectors have always been thriving because they recruit persons of merit.

It has also been now established that a good number of persons who come under reervation quota in Government sector and who have been rcruited for their merit in private sector have been functioning exceedingly well !!
