How can the agency鈥檚 (non profit) budgeting systems be used to provide feedback? |
Why is this important? budgets for npas is required to show donors how $$ is spent as it comes from public donations. operating costs must be low, no fancy stuffs, wages shldnt be more than 50% of total as services to clients must be main focus. budget will reflect cost saving measures, benefits to clients. good budget = more funding |
