What are the advantages and disadvantages of working for a non profit organization? Non profit organizations are service oriented !!. The job satisfaction will be very high as you will be serving a good cause and not commercial ! The compensation in terms of money is the only constraint !! Advantage = feeling of pride and accomplishment that you're helping people Disadvantage = generally doesn't pay well low pay, and non profits dont "create" any thing, they just use things up. |
